COD POLICY

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Nidya Essentials offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for select locations.

  • Orders placed via COD must be paid in full at the time of delivery.

  • COD orders are subject to availability and may be limited to certain pin codes.

  • A maximum order value may be applied for COD payments (if applicable).

  • If the delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable or refusing the order, the order will be canceled.

  • Refunds for canceled COD orders will not be applicable since payment is collected at delivery.
